One of the biggest questions of the third season of AMC’s The Walking Dead has to be “what happened to Lori’s body after she died giving birth?”

And now, a deleted scene could give some input into the matter:

Did she get eaten by the zombie above (like Rick thought)? Could this be Ricks imagination? Could it be real?
