“The former California governor is in talks to star in a reboot of the 1984 cult comedy, The Wrap.com reports. The original film, produced by the willfully schlocky studio Troma Entertainment (“Surf Nazis Must Die”), told the tale of skinny nerd Melvin Ferd III, who falls into a tub of radioactive waste and is transformed into a super-mutant. In a cheeky nod to his “Terminator” days, Schwarzenegger would play The Exterminator, a former black ops agent who trains the protagonist to use his powers for good, The Wrap says.”

No word on who will play the lead, at one point, the rumour was that John Travolta was attached to the part, but that was just a rumour…
