Two New ‘Terminator: Genysis’ Clips Take You Back To 1984

The two latest clips released for Terminator: Genysis bring us to an altered timeline of the original story – in 1984, where Sarah Connor isn’t a helpless woman anymore, she’s a trained killer. And that original Terminator sent back to kill her, well, an aged Terminator (played by everyone’s favourite) was sent back to raise & protect Sarah from childhood, so they killed the first Terminator before it could create the events from the original. I know – this Terminator movie better be the best one yet otherwise there’s not much hope for the time-traveling Terminator series because they’re becoming so convoluted and cyclical that it’s starting to hurt.

Terminator: Genysis comes to theaters July 1st.

Will you be watching it when the franchise reboot comes out? What do you think of the above clips? Any thoughts on how crazy the timeline of events is becoming?
